Nicole has been an RMT since 2008. She holds a diploma in Manual Osteopathy. She has a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Abnormal Psychology and has completed yoga teacher trainings in Bali, Indonesia and Ottawa, Ontario and Cupping Therapy. Most recently, she has completed her program with the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy, and the ability to practice manual osteopathy in Canada, giving her clients more options when it comes to accommodating their health needs, as she issues health insurance receipts for osteopathic manual therapy treatments as well.

Nicole is has expanded her practice to include treatment in pediatrics, oncology, post-concussion disorder, brain wellness and digestive health concerns. With training in visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic, myofascial and a number of musculoskeletal techniques, Nicole takes a “one body” or whole approach when it comes to assessment and treatment. Varying techniques, coupled with effective use of pressure and manipulation, Nicole believes in the “do no harm” approach and hopes to achieve a self-healing response in the body. Nicole has 15 years of experience in healthcare, and believes that the perfect balance between theory and intuition in treatment is important.

Nicole has graduated from McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program in December 2019, with the ability to add acupuncture as a complement in her massage therapy treatments.
